Hi, I’m Lindsey — a licensed massage therapist and the heart behind Kinship.

As a wife, mother, and professional caregiver, I understand how much our bodies carry through daily life, stress, work, and major transitions. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and licensure as a massage therapist, I bring together clinical knowledge, intuitive touch, and compassionate care to support meaningful, lasting relief.

At Kinship, I specialize in blended therapeutic massage tailored to your individual needs. Sessions range from 30-minute targeted treatments—perfect for a lunch break reset—to 90-minute full-body massages designed to release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. My work is ideal for anyone experiencing stress, muscle tightness, chronic tension, or simply seeking consistent bodywork as part of their wellness routine.

I also offer prenatal and postpartum massage, supporting the body through pregnancy, recovery, and the physical demands of early parenthood. My background as a certified postpartum doula allows me to approach this work with added awareness, sensitivity, and respect for the profound changes happening in the body—but massage therapy remains the foundation of my practice.

In addition, I provide guided infant massage, teaching parents gentle, effective techniques they can confidently use at home to support bonding, digestion, sleep, and relaxation. I also offer pediatric massage, because children benefit from therapeutic touch just as much as adults. Pediatric massage can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, ease growing pains, support emotional regulation, and encourage healthy body awareness from an early age. I offer this work to help children feel safe, grounded, and connected to their bodies.

My mission is simple: to offer intentional, accessible, and deeply supportive massage therapy in a space where clients of all ages feel seen, respected, and cared for. Whether you’re seeking relief, relaxation, or restorative care for yourself or your family, Kinship is a place where your body is allowed to rest, reset, and heal.
