Owner

Hi, I’m Lindsey — a licensed massage therapist, certified postpartum doula, and the heart behind Kinship.

As a wife, mother, and professional caregiver, I understand how much our bodies carry through daily life, stress, work, and major transitions. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, certification in doula support, and licensure as a massage therapist, I bring together professional knowledge, intuitive touch, and compassionate care to support meaningful, lasting relief.

Massage Therapy

At Kinship, I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques tailored to your individual needs. Sessions range from 30-minute targeted treatments—perfect for a lunch-break reset—to 90-minute full-body massages designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.

I offer therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, and postpartum massage, supporting clients through everyday stress, muscle tension, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the physical demands of parenthood. My approach is intentional and individualized, with each session designed around what your body needs that day.

I also offer guided infant massage, teaching parents gentle techniques they can confidently use at home to encourage bonding, relaxation, and connection. Pediatric massage is also available, supporting children with relaxation, body awareness, and a positive relationship with therapeutic touch.

Postpartum Doula Support

I am currently accepting postpartum doula clients and provide individualized support during the early weeks and months of parenthood. My goal is to help new parents feel supported, cared for, confident, and less alone as they navigate this incredibly transformative season.

Postpartum doula support may include emotional support, newborn care education, feeding support, light household assistance, sibling support, and guidance as you establish rhythms that feel sustainable for your family.

I believe postpartum care isn't about doing everything perfectly—it's about making sure the person who spent so much time caring for everyone else is cared for, too.

My background in psychology, massage therapy, and doula work allows me to approach postpartum support from a whole-person perspective. The physical recovery of the body, emotional wellbeing, rest, nourishment, and practical support are all deeply connected.

Whether you need an extra set of hands at home, someone to talk to during a difficult day, guidance as you navigate newborn life, or simply someone who understands the transition into parenthood, I'm here to support you.

My mission is simple: to offer intentional, accessible, and deeply supportive care in a space where you and your family feel seen, respected, and cared for.

You care for everyone else. Let Kinship care for you.
